Marty McDermott currently serves as the President of Franchise Interviews, LLC. His interest in franchising was sparked in 1999 when he attended his inaugural franchise show at the Jacob Javits Center in New York. During that year, Marty McDermott was also a co-owner of Franchise America, among the pioneering websites aimed at assisting individuals aspiring to become entrepreneurs in acquiring a franchise.

Marty McDermott holds the position of Marketing Professor at Purdue University Global. He earned his Doctorate Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Argosy University. Dr. Martin J. McDermott has been recognized by Jack Monson, known as the professor of podcasting in franchising.

Post-MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies
In 2003, Martin enrolled in the Post-MBA Program in Entrepreneurial Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, successfully finishing the program in November 2005. The Princeton Review recognized their entrepreneurship program as one of the top 20 in the nation. The coursework undertaken in this program exceeded the stipulations for the initial MBA degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to this, Marty holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Don Johnson heads Diamond Financial's New Jersey office. Don has over 40 years of broad-ranging experience in financial services, sales, and marketing. He has owned several companies, including Global Credit Control Corp. and Global Information Services in New Jersey. These firms supplied credit research and financial information to lending institutions, law firms, and insurance companies nationwide.
Don's experience has focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses with their cash flow and working capital needs. This includes commercial loans, equipment leasing, factoring, accounts receivable financing, and business loans. You can hear Don on over 250 podcasts. Don added humor and knowledge to the show.
